Do I need special equipment?

• No, comfortable clothing and shoes are all that is needed. We will provide everything else.

What time will my child be playing?

• The timing depends on the number of children enrolled. The first session will start at the specified time, but if there are enough children enrolled to have multiple sessions they will run back to back. After the first week, we will send an email with details outlining which children will be participating at what time.

What is your weather policy?

• We abide by the school's inclement weather policy, and will let them make the call. If a session is canceled due to weather, there will not be an additional day for make-ups. Year-Round Schools are charged for 4 sessions per month. Some months have 5 weeks in them, so that extra week is used as a make-up or free session.

Can I come watch?

• You are welcome to come watch the session, however, we have found that sometimes this proves to be a distraction for the child - they are always so excited to see you!

How do i cancel my subscription?

• You need to cancel your subscription at least two weeks before the upcoming months payment. If you do not let us know two weeks before the next payment, the upcoming payment will be processed.
